Janet Madden Goodier is a Deputy Headteacher at Stanley High School in Southport, having previously worked in a range of schools across the North West of England.
In her previous role as Head of Expressive Arts Janet led the school to national recognition in all aspects of arts and culture, culminating in achieving the highly acclaimed Artsmark Platinum School status.
In her spare time, Janet supports other school settings to ensure they are providing outstanding experiences to young people both inside and outside the classroom. She also works with and sits on various cultural, wellbeing and personal development steering groups. Janet is a regional and national speaker covering all aspects of education.
