About Steph
Steph is a highly experienced and respected researcher and evaluator with a strong track record in the cultural and education sectors. Her work is grounded in qualitative methodologies, and she uses a thoughtful mix of surveys, interviews, focus groups and participatory techniques to capture rich, meaningful insights. Steph is particularly skilled at identifying common themes in responses and translating findings into actionable recommendations for partners and clients.
With a PhD in Cultural Heritage Studies and an MA in Heritage Education and Interpretation, Steph combines deep academic knowledge with hands-on expertise.
She is a qualified teacher and an Associate Member of the Museums Association, and has completed Newcastle University’s HASS Faculty Research Training Programme.
Steph’s approach is both rigorous and inclusive, supporting organisations to understand the impact of their work and amplify the voices of those they serve. She is proficient in specialist research tools such as NVIVO and Dedoose, and brings a passion for working with cultural organisations, schools and communities to build evidence, shape practice and champion learning.
