Careers and skills

We work in partnership with schools, colleges, training providers, cultural organisations and employers to open up significant routes into arts and cultural job roles.

Through high-quality introductions, mentoring, work-based learning advice and sector-informed information and guidance, we help young people, particularly those from under-represented backgrounds, to gain the knowledge, skills and networks they need to succeed in pursuing their desired career.  

We also support educators, careers advisors, and recruitment and careers professionals to confidently spread the word about the vast array of creative careers available, ensuring that every young person can see a place for themselves in the creative and cultural workforce.
