Turning ideas into impact

We believe that real change happens when experience meets curiosity and purposeful collaboration. That’s why we cultivate partnerships with schools, cultural organisations and community groups to deliver projects that test and refine models that tangibly improve the creative lives of children and young people.

Our projects are always designed to address specific challenges or opportunities - whether that’s targeting arts experiences at those who are least well served, supporting wellbeing through creativity, or embedding cultural learning into the curriculum. Each one is rooted in evidence, shaped by local need, and powered by the belief that every young person deserves the chance to thrive through culture.

Over the years, we’ve developed and delivered a wide range of programmes; bring together educators, teaching artists and practitioners from the youth and social sectors. These projects act as testbeds for innovation, helping to shape future practice and policy across the cultural learning landscape.

Alternative Saturday Jobs

Paid work experience placements in the arts and cultural sector. Helping young people learn about creative career paths and get a 'foot in the door'.

Pushing Boundaries

The Pushing Boundaries project ran in 2022-23 and supported artists from refugee or migrant backgrounds to work creatively in schools.
