About Holly
As Head of Careers and Skills, Holly works strategically with creative employers and education providers to open doors and break down socio-economic barriers to getting into and getting on with a creative career.
With over fifteen years' experience in creative careers, skills and youth employment, Holly has designed and delivered numerous careers and employability programmes for young people and early career professionals. Often specialising in creating opportunities for groups who are currently underrepresented in the creative workforce.
Holly has spearheaded a number of projects to support the development of meaningful careers for young people in various creative arenas, with a particular specialism in engaging with those aged 16-25 years, across diverse communities.
She is a qualified career guidance practitioner with a Postgrad Diploma in Career Guidance and QCG Level 6 and a member of the Career Development Institute.
