We help children and young people to thrive through access to high-quality creative and cultural learning experiences. Our work transforms lives by building confidence, raising aspirations, and creating genuine pathways into creative futures - especially for those facing barriers due to poverty, geography, or systemic inequality. 

Through our strategic partnerships, workforce development, corporate collaborations and pioneering programmes, we:

  • Reach thousands of young people every year with creative experiences in and beyond the classroom, supported by the cross-sector organisations we engage with
  • Support and train hundreds of educators, artists, and cultural practitioners to deliver inclusive, inspiring learning
  • Work with schools, cultural organisations, and community groups to embed creativity at the heart of education
  • Advocate nationally and regionally for fair access to the arts and culture for all children and young people
